  NORTHWESTERN OTTAWA COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 1100 AM CDT

* AT 803 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
  FALLEN IN THE PAST FEW HOURS. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN
  SHORTLY.
