* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  PAWNEE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA...
  WESTERN OSAGE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 245 AM CDT

* AT 1040 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR AND RAIN GAUGES INDICATED HEAVY
  RAIN HAD FALLEN ACROSS MUCH OF WESTERN OSAGE AND PAWNEE
  COUNTIES...WITH WIDESPREAD 2 TO 3 INCHES IN THE PAST 3 HOURS
  OCCURRING ACROSS THIS AREA.  MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE
  ACROSS THIS SAME AREA FOR THE NEXT 2 TO 4 HOURS...WITH AN
  ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES POSSIBLE. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL
  STREAM FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  PAWHUSKA...PAWNEE...HOMINY...CLEVELAND...FAIRFAX...BARNSDALL...
  SHIDLER...WYNONA...JENNINGS...RALSTON...WESTPORT...OSAGE...
  BURBANK...HALLETT...BLACKBURN...TERLTON...MARAMEC...ELGIN...SKEDEE
  AND GRAINOLA.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
