* AT 1216 PM CDT...A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN EXTENDED
ALONG FROM 4 MILES EAST OF BURBANK TO 4 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
COLLINSVILLE...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH. THIS AREA HAS ALREADY
SEEN 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN FROM EARLIER STORMS.

* LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE...FAIRFAX...SKIATOOK...HOMINY...OWASSO...SPERRY AND TULSA.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
