THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  CENTRAL PAWNEE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA...
  SOUTHWESTERN OSAGE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 915 AM CDT

* AT 509 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA. ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.
  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL OCCUR AS THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE
  TO TRAIN ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  PAWNEE...CLEVELAND...RALSTON...OSAGE...BLACKBURN AND SKEDEE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...AS WELL AS FARM AND COUNTRY ROADS. DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES.
