* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  EASTERN MADISON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS...

* UNTIL 1245 AM CDT

* AT 946 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A BAND OF THUNDERSTORMS
WHICH CONTINUE TO TRAIN OVER THE SAME PORTION OF CENTRAL INTO
SOUTHEAST MADISON COUNTY. RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES THAT BETWEEN AN
INCH AND 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE PAST 3 HOURS.

* LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE...WEATHERS.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS BAND OF STORMS MAY CAUSE FLOODING OF
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES AND
ARROYOS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
