* AT 518 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS SOUTHEAST AND NORTHWEST PORTIONS OF OTTAWA
  COUNTY. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE
  ADVISORY AREA. 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN OVER EXTREME
  SOUTHEAST OTTAWA COUNTY AND FAR NORTHWEST OTTAWA COUNTY.
