Oklahoma...

  Neosho River near Commerce affecting Ottawa County.

...Flood Warning extended until further notice...The Flood Warning
continues for
  The Neosho River near Commerce.
* until further notice.
* At  1:30 PM Friday, the stage was 19.26 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The Neosho River near Commerce will continue falling to
  near 18.3 feet Saturday morning and then rise again to near 19.8
  feet Sunday evening. The river will then begin to fall but remain
  above 18.0 feet through Tuesday.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet, moderate agricultural flooding occurs.
  Riverview Park experiences moderate flooding. State Highway 125
  near the fairgrounds will be closed.
