  CENTRAL CREEK COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...
  EASTERN PAWNEE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...
  WESTERN TULSA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 745 PM CDT

* AT 434 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS
WITH VERY   HEAVY RAIN 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF KELLYVILLE AND NEAR
MANNFORD. THE STORMS PRODUCING THE HEAVY RAINFALL WAS SLOWLY
DRIFTING SOUTH OR SOUTHWEST. RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES ARE IN THE 2
TO 3 INCH RANGE UNDERNEATH THESE THUNDERSTORMS...AND MORE RAIN IS
FALLING.

* LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE...KELLYVILLE.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
