  SOUTHEASTERN PAWNEE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA...
  NORTH CENTRAL CREEK COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA...
  SOUTHEASTERN OSAGE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 1100 AM CDT TUESDAY

* AT 457 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
  THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. WHILE THE THREAT OF FLASH
  FLOODING HAS DIMINISHED...ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AND RUNOFF WILL
  CONTINUE TO CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  SAND SPRINGS...CLEVELAND...MANNFORD...JENNINGS...WESTPORT...
  OSAGE...HALLETT...BLACKBURN...TERLTON...SKEDEE...KEYSTONE STATE
  PARK AND WALNUT CREEK STATE PARK.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE PONDING OF WATER IN
URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER
POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL
ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...AS WELL AS FARM AND COUNTRY ROADS. DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES.
