...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Oklahoma...

  Kiamichi River near Antlers affecting Pushmataha County.

  Red River at Arthur City affecting Choctaw County.

...This is a dangerous and life threatening situation...

...Flood Warning extended until Friday morning...The Flood Warning
continues for
  The Kiamichi River near Antlers.
* until Friday morning, or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  2:30 AM Thursday, the stage was 33.50 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The Kiamichi River near Antlers will continue rising to
  near 36.0 feet this afternoon. The river is expected to fall below
  flood stage early Friday morning.
* Impact...At 35.0 feet, widespread flooding occurs along the west
  bank of the Kiamichi River near Moyers. Buildings on campgrounds
  become flooded. This will exceed the flooding which occurred on
  July 3, 2007 when the river crested at 34.51 feet. The City of
  Antlers is not threatened directly by the Kiamichi flooding but
  backwater flooding occurs along Beaver Creek closing Ethel Road.
  This is a dangerous situation.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Red River at Arthur City.
* from Friday morning to late Sunday night, or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At  2:00 AM Thursday, the stage was 22.58 feet.
* Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The Red River at Arthur City is expected to rise above
  flood stage late Friday morning and continue to rise to near 28.4
  feet by Saturday before dawn . The river is expected to fall below
  flood stage Sunday evening.
* Impact...At 28.0 feet, expect extensive flooding between the mouth
  of the Blue River and Pecan Point.
