...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
  Crawford, Franklin, Madison and Sebastian and Oklahoma, including
  the following counties, Haskell, Le Flore and Sequoyah.

* WHEN...Until 945 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 633 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in Arkoma. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
  - Arkoma is the most likely place to experience minor flooding.
    Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
