THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED AN

* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  SOUTHERN FRANKLIN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS...

* UNTIL 530 PM CDT

* AT 325 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DUMPED
  1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM WIEDERKEHR
  VILLAGE TO PETER PENDER.  WHILE SOME OF THE STORMS HAVE MOVED
  SOUTH AND OUT OF THE AREA... OTHER STORMS HAVE REMAINED NEARLY
  STATIONARY IN THE AREA FROM JUST EAST OF OZARK TO JUST SOUTH OF
  MEG.  THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING OF
  LOW-LYING AREAS..DITCHES AND SMALL CREEKS.

* LOCATIONS THAT WILL WILL BE AFFECTED INCLUDE...DENNING AND ALIX.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
