* AT 228 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAIN
  ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 4 MILES EAST OF GOWEN TO 10 MILES
  SOUTHEAST OF NASHOBA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

* LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE...KIAMICHI...DAMON...WILBURTON...ALBION...PANOLA...BENGAL
  AND RED OAK.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
