HEAVY RAIN 4 MILES WEST OF WANN...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH. RADAR
RAINFALL ESTIMATES ARE APPROACHING 2 INCHES OVER THE PAST HOUR
ACROSS EXTREME NORTHERN WASHINGTON COUNTY.

* LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE...WANN...DEWEY...LENAPAH AND DELAWARE.
