  LATIMER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...
  SOUTHERN MCINTOSH COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...

* AT 933 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF RAIN AND
THUNDERSTORMS WITH SCATTERED HEAVY RAIN OVER A LARGE PORTION OF
SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

* LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE...FALLON...KINTA...CLAYTON LAKE STATE PARK...TUSKAHOMA...
  BRIARTOWN...SAWYER...WHITEFIELD...PANOLA...HUGO LAKE STATE PARK...
  OLETA...CLOUDY...CORINNE...KIAMICHI...NASHOBA...HUSKEY...LEQUIRE...
  STIGLER...RAYMOND GARY STATE PARK...FORT TOWSON...RED OAK...
  SOBOL...BENGAL...SWINK...ALBION...KANIMA...MCCURTAIN AND KEOTA.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS
AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS
AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER LOW
LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.

THE RAIN WILL BE HEAVY ENOUGH TO CAUSE HYDROPLANING IN SOME
AREAS. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ALERT TO THIS POSSIBILITY...AND SLOW
DOWN.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
