* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  EASTERN CARROLL COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN ARKANSAS...

* UNTIL 600 PM CDT

* AT 307 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA.  RADAR ESTIMATES 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
  FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF FAR EASTERN CARROLL COUNTY...AND AN
  ADDITIONAL INCH IS POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  GREEN FOREST...CARROLLTON...OSAGE...BLUE EYE...DELMAR...DENVER AND
  COIN.
