...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Oklahoma...

  Kiamichi River near Antlers affecting Pushmataha County.

  Red River at Arthur City affecting Choctaw County.

...Flood Warning extended until Friday afternoon...The Flood Warning
continues for
  The Kiamichi River near Antlers.
* until Friday afternoon, or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  12:30 PM Thursday, the stage was 33.06 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring but the river is falling.
* Forecast...The Kiamichi River near Antlers will continue falling to
  below flood stage by Friday morning.
* Impact...At 33.0 feet, several permanent structures on the
  campgrounds along west bank of Kiamichi River near Moyers become
  flooded. The City of Antlers is not threatened directly by the
  Kiamichi flooding but backwater flooding may occur along Beaver
  Creek east of town.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Red River at Arthur City.
* from late tonight to Sunday morning, or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At  1:00 PM Thursday, the stage was 24.48 feet.
* Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The Red River at Arthur City is expected to rise above
  flood stage early Friday morning and continue to rise to near 28.4
  feet late Friday night. The river is expected to fall below
  flood stage early Sunday morning. However, rains over the weekend
  may affect the Red River and later forecasts should be monitored
  closely.
* Impact...At 29.0 feet, expect minor flooding between the mouth of
  the Blue River and Pecan Point. Extensive areas become isolated by
  high water in cutoff channels.
