  RAINFALL MOVING THROUGH THE ADVISORY AREA. 2 TO 3 INCHES OF
  RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS AND FLASH FLOOD
  WARNINGS MAY BE REQUIRED.
