  HEAVY RAIN ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 9 MILES NORTHEAST OF
  GRAINOLA TO 17 MILES WEST OF FAIRFAX...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.

* LOCATIONS THAT WILL BE AFFECTED BY HEAVY RAIN   INCLUDE...WEBB
CITY...APPERSON...SHIDLER...FORAKER...BURBANK...FAIRFAX...PEARSONIA
AND BIGHEART.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
