  SOUTH CENTRAL CREEK COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA...
  SOUTHWESTERN OKMULGEE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 330 PM CDT

* AT 1227 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  OKEMAH...OKFUSKEE...BOLEY...WELEETKA...BEARDEN...CASTLE...
  CLEARVIEW...PHAROAH...WELTY...BRYANT AND MASON.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF AROUND 1 INCH IS EXPECTED OVER THE AREA. THIS
ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL MAKE MINOR FLOODING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. NEVER DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO
AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. FLOOD WATERS ARE USUALLY
DEEPER THAN THEY APPEAR. JUST ONE FOOT OF FLOWING WATER IS POWERFUL
ENOUGH TO SWEEP VEHICLES OFF THE ROAD. WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED
ROADS MAKE THE SMART CHOICE...TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN.
