  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED FROM LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH
  THE EVENING HOURS. AN ADDITIONAL INCH...WITH LOCAL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO
  3 INCHES...ARE POSSIBLE WITH THE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT RAINS.
  MANY SECONDARY ROADS REMAIN FLOODED AND STREAMS AND RIVERS ARE
  FLOODED.  ADDITIONALLY...THE PREVIOUS HEAVY RAINS HAVE LEFT
  CONDITIONS PRONE FOR RAPID ONSET FLASH FLOODING. BE READY TO
