...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO EARLY TOMORROW
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Poteau River near Panama.

* WHEN...From this evening to early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, minor agricultural flooding occurs.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 26.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this evening and continue rising to a crest of 29.5 feet just
    after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage
    tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
