DISCUSSION...
South winds will gust to 30 miles an hour at times today, but
increasing low level moisture will keep fire weather concerns
limited. A dry line may briefly advance east into western Osage
and Pawnee counties this afternoon before it retreats back to the
west by sunset. This may enhance fire weather potential in that
area for a couple hours this afternoon.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
Spotter Activation Not Expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
WEDNESDAY...Thunderstorm Potential...High Wind Potential.
THURSDAY...Severe Thunderstorm Potential...High Wind Potential...
           Heavy Rain Potential.
FRIDAY...High Wind Potential.
SATURDAY and SUNDAY...No Hazards.
MONDAY...Very High Fire Weather Potential.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Gusty south winds will continue Wednesday. A few thunderstorms may
develop Wednesday evening and overnight with a limited severe
weather potential. More widespread showers and thunderstorms are
expected Thursday afternoon and evening as a cold front moves into
the area. A few severe storms are likely, especially from
southeast Oklahoma into western Arkansas, and locally heavy
rainfall will also be possible in this same area.
