DISCUSSION...

PATCHY FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES DOWN BELOW A MILE IN SPOTS.
THE FOG SHOULD BURN OFF BY MID MORNING.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
SPOTTER ACTIVATION NOT EXPECTED.

TUESDAY...NO HAZARDS.
WEDNESDAY...NO HAZARDS.
THURSDAY THRU SATURDAY...THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL.
SUNDAY...NO HAZARDS.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
A BOUNDARY WILL GET CLOSE ENOUGH TO THE KANSAS BORDER TOWARD THE
END OF THE WEEK TO WARRANT AT LEAST LOW THUNDERSTORM CHANCES.

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLANNING STATEMENT...
PLEASE NOTE THAT AREAL FLOODING WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE
WEEK...ESPECIALLY IN LOCATIONS WHERE AREA LAKES ARE NEAR...OR
OVER FULL CAPACITY. ALSO...MANY MAIN STEM RIVERS WILL CONTINUE TO
REMAIN IN FLOOD. THE RIVERS THAT HAVE BEEN IN A PROLONGED PERIOD
OF AT LEAST MODERATE FLOOD WILL BE SLOWER TO RESPOND...AND WILL
REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIME TO RESTORE LEVELS BELOW FLOOD STAGE.
