This Outlook is for Northwest and West Central Arkansas as well as
much of Eastern Oklahoma.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight.

The potential for hazardous weather is low at this time.

DISCUSSION...
The gusty southerly winds will decrease this afternoon through this
evening across the region. There is a low chance for a thunderstorm
or two across northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas this evening
through the overnight hours. Severe thunderstorms are not expected
at this time.

SATURDAY and SUNDAY...No Hazards.
MONDAY...Very High Fire Weather Potential.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Gusty southerly winds will continue on Wednesday across the region.
A few thunderstorms may develop on Wednesday evening through the
overnight hours with a limited severe potential. More widespread
showers and thunderstorms are forecast for Thursday afternoon and
evening. A few severe storms are likely, especially across southeast
Oklahoma into western Arkansas, and locally heavy rainfall will also
be possible across this same area.
