MUCH OF EASTERN OKLAHOMA.

ONSET...AFTER 7 PM.

DISCUSSION...
A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BECOME POSSIBLE
THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT ACROSS FAR NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AS AN
UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE AND ASSOCIATED WEAK FRONTAL BOUNDARY PUSH
SOUTHEAST THROUGH THE PLAINS.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
SPOTTER ACTIVATION NOT EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.
SATURDAY...THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL.
SUNDAY...THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL...DANGEROUS HEAT POTENTIAL.
MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL.
THURSDAY...NO HAZARDS.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
THE FRONTAL BOUNDARY IS FORECAST TO BECOME NEARLY STATIONARY NEAR
THE OKLAHOMA KANSAS BORDER FOR THE WEEKEND INTO THE FIRST HALF OF
NEXT WEEK. THIS WILL ALLOW FOR WARM TEMPERATURES AND AT LEAST A
SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE REGION INTO NEXT WEEK.
ANOTHER UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE LOOKS TO MOVE INTO THE PLAINS MID
WEEK...CONTINUING THUNDERSTORM CHANCES INTO THE SECOND HALF OF
NEXT WEEK FOR EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS.
