            REPORTS RECEIVED FROM NUMEROUS SOURCES...INCLUDING LOCAL
            FIRE AND RESCUE...BROADCAST MEDIA...AND PUBLIC VIA SOCIAL
            MEDIA. TIME ESTIMATED VIA RADAR. UPDATE 5/25/16 STORM
