CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS. THE PRECIPITATION WAS OCCURRING
MAINLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF A LINE FROM MUSKOGEE OKLAHOMA TO VAN BUREN
ARKANSAS. TEMPERATURES REMAINED IN THE MID 30S TO NEAR 40 DEGREES...
WHERE RAIN AND SNOW WAS FALLING.

THROUGH 2:30 PM... LIGHT RAIN AND SNOW IS EXPECTED TO PERSIST...
GENERALLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 40 AND ALONG AND EAST OF
HIGHWAY 69. HOURLY AMOUNTS WILL BE LIGHT... SEVERAL HUNDREDTHS OF AN
INCH OR LESS... ARE ANTICIPATED. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN IN THE MID
30S TO TO NEAR 40... WHERE RAIN AND SNOW OCCUR. TRACE AMOUNTS TO
LIMITED MEASURABLE ACCUMULATIONS MAY FALL ACROSS PARTS OF
