At 1:30 PM...Doppler radars detected scattered showers and
thunderstorms ongoing across eastern Oklahoma and northwest
Arkansas. The stronger storms were located across northwest
Arkansas into far southeast Oklahoma. All of this activity was
moving east at around 25 mph.

Through 3:00 PM...Occasional showers and thunderstorms will
continue across the area, with the stronger storms to affect
Crawford, Madison, Carroll, Washington, Franklin, eastern
Sebastian and Le Flore counties, where strong and gusty winds will
be the primary hazard. Locally heavy downpours, which may result
in brief flooding will also be possible with this activity.
Elsewhere, scattered light to moderate showers and isolated
thunderstorms will be possible. Dangerous cloud to ground
lightning can be expected in and near any thunderstorms that
occur.
