   NOWATA...CREEK...OKFUSKEE...OKMULGEE...WAGONER...TULSA...ROGERS
   AND MAYES.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
 * A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON IN
   ASSOCIATION WITH A VIGOROUS UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM.

IMPACTS...
 * GUSTY NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS AT 30 TO 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE
   BEHIND THE FRONT THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING ACROSS PORTIONS OF
   NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA.

 * WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR
