   COLD FRONT TODAY...WITH AFTERNOON HEAT INDEX VALUES LIKELY TO
   BE NEAR 105 DEGREES IN PARTS OF THE TULSA METRO AREA. COOLER
   AND DRIER AIR WILL MOVE IN BY THIS EVENING BEHIND THE FRONT.
