WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO 5 PM CST THIS
AFTERNOON...

FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

 * IN OKLAHOMA...PAWNEE...WASHINGTON...OSAGE...CRAIG...NOWATA...
   CREEK...OTTAWA...TULSA...ROGERS...MAYES AND DELAWARE.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
 * STRONG SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS PORTIONS OF
   NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA TO THE NORTHWEST OF INTERSTATE 44 LATE THIS
   MORNING...CONTINUING THROUGH MID AFTERNOON. WIND SPEEDS WILL
   DECREASE TOWARD SUNSET.

 * WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE.

 * WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR
   HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
