ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM CST SATURDAY.

* AFFECTED AREA...IN ARKANSAS...BENTON...CARROLL...WASHINGTON...
  AND MADISON COUNTIES.

* VISIBILITY...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITIES ARE EXPECTED TO BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN
  ONE QUARTER MILE BY THE DENSE FOG WHICH WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS
  DRIVING CONDITIONS.
