 * HOT AND HUMID CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON WITH HEAT
   INDICES REACHING AROUND 105 DEGREES.

 * THE COMBINATION OF HOT TEMPERATURES AND HIGH HUMIDITY WILL
   COMBINE TO CREATE A DANGEROUS SITUATION IN WHICH HEAT ILLNESSES
   ARE POSSIBLE.
