URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE
National Weather Service Tulsa OK
252 AM CST Tue Feb 21 2017

...Foggy start to Tuesday across much of eastern Oklahoma...

.Clearing skies on the back side of an upper storm system and
light winds ahead of a front will allow for radiational cooling
of a moist boundary layer. This has already resulted in dense fog
development which has spread to more areas of eastern Oklahoma
during the early morning hours.
