HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
 * AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING WITH VISIBILITIES
   BELOW ONE QUARTER MILE AT TIMES. CONDITIONS WILL GRADUALLY
   IMPROVE BY MIDDAY.

 * VISIBILITIES ARE EXPECTED TO BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER
