   HASKELL.

   IN ARKANSAS...WASHINGTON...SEBASTIAN...CARROLL...MADISON...
   FRANKLIN AND CRAWFORD.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
 * AREAS OF FROST WILL LIKELY DEVELOP TONIGHT ACROSS PORTIONS OF
   NORTHWEST ARKANSAS AND FAR SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AS TEMPERATURES
   FALL INTO THE LOWER TO MID 30S WITH LIGHT WINDS AND CLEAR SKIES.
