DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT...ENTERGY ARKANSAS...THE
ELECTRIC COOPERATIVES OF ARKANSAS...THE ARKANSAS NATIONAL
GUARD...THE ARKANSAS STATE POLICE...AND THE AMERICAN RED CROSS.
