...NWS DAMAGE SURVEY FOR 10/13/2014 TORNADO EVENT...

.OVERVIEW...A LINE OF STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVED THROUGH
EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWESTERN ARKANSAS AHEAD OF A STRONG COLD
FRONT EARLY MONDAY MORNING...OCTOBER 13TH. A SURVEY TEAM ASSESSED
DAMAGE IN NORTHERN MADISON COUNTY TODAY THAT OCCURRED WITH THESE
STORMS...DUE TO INDICATIONS FROM THE MEDIA AND LOCAL EMERGENCY
MANAGEMENT THAT THE DAMAGE COULD BE FROM A TORNADO. THE SURVEY
TEAM CONCLUDED THAT THE DAMAGE NORTH OF HINDSVILLE WAS THE RESULT
OF A TORNADO.
