FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

IN WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS
     SOUTHWESTERN FRANKLIN AND EASTERN SEBASTIAN

AT 602 PM CDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 3 MILES NORTHWEST
OF WASHBURN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 5 MPH. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL BE
AFFECTED BY THIS STORM INCLUDE...MILLTOWN...CHARLESTON...WASHBURN AND
FORT CHAFFEE.

THIS STORM WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH.
