THROUGH 400 AM CDT...

At 312 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms along a
line extending from 3 miles southwest of Arkoma to 6 miles west of
Hartford. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 40 to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects.
