THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF JAY TO
NEAR LOWELL TO 4 MILES WEST OF RULE...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS. GUSTY
WINDS WILL LIKELY DEVELOP SEVERAL MINUTES BEFORE ANY RAINFALL
