  PAWNEE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...

* AT 715 PM CDT...SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE
  EXTENDING FROM 6 MILES NORTH OF BLACKBURN TO AVERY...AND MOVING
  EAST AT 20 MPH.

  HAZARD...60 MPH WIND GUSTS.
