...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR SOUTHEASTERN WASHINGTON
AND NORTHEASTERN CRAWFORD COUNTIES IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS UNTIL 500 PM
CDT...

AT 438 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG LOW LEVEL ROTATION
THAT COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME  WAS LOCATED NEAR FERN...AND
MOVING NORTH AT 35 MPH.

HAZARD...TORNADO.

SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION.

IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
         SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. DAMAGE
         TO ROOFS...WINDOWS AND VEHICLES WILL OCCUR. TREE DAMAGE IS
         LIKELY.

LOCATIONS IN OR NEAR THE PATH INCLUDE...MOUNT GAYLER AND BIDVILLE

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW. GO TO A DESIGNED SHELTER SUCH AS A SAFE ROOM OR STORM
CELLAR IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE...MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE
LOWEST FLOOR OF A STURDY BUILDING. AVOID WINDOWS. IF SEEKING SHELTER
IN A BASEMENT...BE SURE TO GET BENEATH SOMETHING STURDY. IF IN A
MOBILE HOME...A VEHICLE OR OUTDOORS...MOVE TO THE CLOSEST SUBSTANTIAL
SHELTER AND PROTECT YOURSELF FROM FLYING DEBRIS.
