...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN SEBASTIAN COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the warned
area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 500 AM CDT for northwestern
and west central Arkansas.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 AM CDT FOR FRANKLIN
AND EASTERN CRAWFORD COUNTIES...

At 255 AM CDT, tornado producing storms were located along a line
extending from 3 miles west of Fern to 2 miles south of Dyer, moving
east at 65 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a
basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy
building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in
a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect
yourself from flying debris.
