...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR SOUTHWESTERN OTTAWA AND
NORTHWESTERN DELAWARE COUNTIES UNTIL 1245 AM CDT...

AT 1234 AM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG LOW LEVEL ROTATION
THAT COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME  WAS LOCATED NEAR BERNICE
STATE PARK...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH.

HAZARD...TORNADO.

SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION.

IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
         SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. DAMAGE
         TO ROOFS...WINDOWS AND VEHICLES WILL OCCUR. TREE DAMAGE IS
         LIKELY.

* THE STORM WILL OTHERWISE REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF THE
  INDICATED COUNTIES..

THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 44 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 294 AND 297.
