AT 558 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED OVER NORTHEASTERN
TULSA...AND IS NEARLY STATIONARY.

HAZARD...60 MPH WIND GUSTS AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.
