* AFFECTED AREA...IN ARKANSAS...BENTON...CARROLL...WASHINGTON...
  MADISON...CRAWFORD...AND FRANKLIN COUNTIES.

* TIMING...PATCHES OF FREEZING DRIZZLE AND LIGHT FREEZING RAIN
WILL BE POSSIBLE LATE TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING.

* MAIN IMPACT...ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF LESS THAN ONE-TENTH OF AN INCH
WILL OCCUR MAINLY ON ELEVATED SURFACES SUCH AS BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES
CREATING HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS.
