 * RAIN THIS AFTERNOON SHOULD BEGIN TO TRANSITION TO FREEZING RAIN
   TOWARD SUNSET AND EVENTUALLY TO SLEET AND SNOW DURING THE
   EVENING HOURS.

 * AROUND 1 TO 2 INCHES OF SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATION AND A QUARTER
   INCH OR LESS OF ICE ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED FROM NOON TODAY TO
