 * LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW HAS SPREAD EASTWARD INTO EASTERN
   OKLAHOMA EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. MOST ACCUMULATING SNOW IS
   EXPECTED TO SHIFT EAST OF THE REGION LATE TONIGHT.

 * ONE INCH TO LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS TO 2 INCHES OF SNOW
   ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST TONIGHT.
